Heather Erhard – Winnipeg Executive Coach
Heather Erhard is the founder and director of Erhard Associates, a firm dedicated to providing heigh quality, results-oriented Executive Coaching, Consulting and Training with leaders in the private, public and non-profit sectors in Manitoba and across Canada.
Through a network of Associates, we employ consultants who have proven experience in their area of expertise, committed to the success and independence of their clients.
Heather bring over 30 years experience and was formerly a Program Director at the Manitoba Institute of Management.
She specializes in the design and implementation of management consulting, coaching and training assignments tailored to the needs of each organization to enhance individual, team and organizational effectiveness.

Heather coordinated and facilitated the Managing and Leading in the Non Profit Sector workshop for over 20 years. The program was delivered publicly, both nationally and internationally, tailored to the needs of each specific group.
She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, a Certified Co-active Professional Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute, holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaches Federation. She is qualified to administer the EQ-i 2.0 instrument, deliver presentations, workshops and individual coaching sessions on Emotional Intelligence and is a certified Myers-Briggs Personality Types (MBTI) facilitator. Heather holds a degree from the University of Manitoba.

Heather is known for her ability to work with clients to clearly identify their needs and provide a practical, results oriented approach. In workshops, she energizes her audience through humour, guided discussion and practical , so participants leave with strategies to implement the next day. She is also a popular speaker at local and national conferences. She has taught at the University of Winnipeg, University of Manitoba and Queen’s University. Her passion is coaching individuals and groups to the next level of success. Heather also speaks French.
